1. Licensing Disclosure

AA California Roofing is a licensed contractor in the State of California under CSLB License #1147688.

All construction, roofing, and related services are performed in compliance with California state laws and CSLB regulations. License status may be verified directly through the CSLB official website.

2. Estimates & Proposals

• All estimates are provided in writing.
• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified.
• Final pricing may vary depending on site conditions, hidden damage, material availability, or approved change orders.
• A signed written contract is required before work begins.

3. Payment Terms

Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in the written agreement and may include:

• Initial deposit (in compliance with California legal limits)
• Progress payments
• Final payment upon substantial completion

Failure to adhere to agreed payment terms may result in work suspension as permitted by law.

4. Customer Satisfaction Policy

AA California Roofing strives for complete customer satisfaction on every project.

If a workmanship-related concern arises, clients must notify us in writing within seven (7) days of project completion. We will evaluate the concern and make reasonable efforts to correct verified workmanship issues in accordance with the signed contract.

Customer satisfaction does not cover:

• Changes in aesthetic preference after installation
• Manufacturer material defects (covered under manufacturer warranties)
• Damage caused by misuse, neglect, severe weather, or third parties
• Pre-existing structural conditions

5. Warranty

Workmanship warranties, if applicable, will be clearly defined in your written contract.

Material warranties are provided directly by the manufacturer and are subject to the manufacturer’s specific terms and conditions.

6. Change Orders

Any changes to the scope of work must be documented in a written change order signed by both parties. Additional costs and/or timeline adjustments may apply.

7. Permits & Code Compliance

Where required, necessary permits will be obtained in accordance with local building codes and regulations. Work will be performed to meet applicable California building standards.

8. Limitation of Liability

AA California Roofing is not responsible for:

• Hidden or concealed damage not visible during initial inspection
• Delays caused by weather, material shortages, inspections, or unforeseen site conditions
• Pre-existing structural deficiencies

Liability is limited to the value of services provided under the signed contract.

9. Financing Disclosure

Financing options, when offered, are subject to third-party lender approval. Approval, interest rates, payment terms, and eligibility requirements are determined solely by the financing provider.

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through direct communication.

If unresolved, disputes may be handled in accordance with California contractor laws and procedures governed by the California Contractors State License Board.

11. Three-Day Right to Cancel (Residential Projects)

For qualifying residential contracts, homeowners may have the legal right to cancel within three (3) business days of signing, as required under California law. Specific cancellation details will be included in the written contract.
